Free Introductory Consultations:

Once this service is requested by an individual, this free introductory phone or Skype call will be held at no cost to the recipient at the agreed upon scheduled time.

There is only one Free Introductory Consultation per person. For example, if you had a Free Introductory Astrology Reading, you will not be entitled to any other free session.

This Free Introductory Consultation offer can be revoked at any time. However, this does not apply once an appointment has been scheduled for this free session.

Signup Form and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By filling out a signup form and accepting my Terms and Conditions shown on the form, please know that you are agreeing to have your name and email address placed on my database. Phone numbers or Skype contact name provided by you for me to call to schedule an appointment will not be placed on any database or list.

How Can You Access and Correct Your Information?

You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that I have online and maintain in my database by emailing me at info@commandyourlife.com.

All signup information is kept only on the database and will not be shared, sold, rented or otherwise given to a third-party. You can request that your name and information be deleted from the database at any time by sending an email to info@commandyourlife.com and it will be done as soon as technically feasible. You can also request that your information be deleted by clicking on the unsubscribe link in my emails.

Your Choice to Opt-In and Opt-Out

If you are receiving any emails from me, it is because you requested them by providing me with email address. Any email communications you receive from me allows you to unsubscribe so that you will not receive future messages. After unsubscribing I will discontinue sending the particular messages and delete you from my database as soon as technically feasible.

Cancellation Policy:

If you do not attend a scheduled consultation or session without 24 hours notice, there is no refund for that prepaid session.

Refund Policy:

For a prepaid coaching package, if offered, any unused portion is refundable within one week of receipt of an email request for the refund - except for a session where there was no 24 hours notice of cancellation provided.

For a prepaid tele-seminar mentoring series, if you decide it’s not for you … just let me know via email any time between date of purchase and two (2) days before the third weekly evening session, and get a full refund. 100%! No reason needed.

For a prepaid astrology session, the payment is refundable is requested 7 days prior to the scheduled reading session. This is because much preparatory work is done prior to the actual reading.

Once an astrology reading, consultation, or mentoring session has commenced, there is no refund for that prepaid session. If you do not attend a scheduled session without 24 hours notice, there is no refund for that session.

If you have not attained the result you stated in writing you wanted to achieve and provided you have sincerely and genuinely followed everything I requested during a private coaching sessions in order to bring about the results you set out to achieve, you will receive a full refund. If you have not attained the results I indicated you would achieve from group teaching or coaching sessions, and provided you have sincerely and genuinely followed everything taught or requested, you will receive a full refund.

Policy Modifications

I may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If/when changes are made to this privacy policy, I will post any changes here, so be sure to check back periodically. However, please be assured that if the Privacy Policy changes in the future, we will not use the personal information you have submitted to us under this Privacy Policy in a manner that is materially inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, without your prior consent.
